CANCELLATIONS

This policy shall apply to all products within the Umm Simplicity shop.

For most items on our website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by contacting us. If we have already posted your items out, you will be liable to pay for the return of the products. Once we have received the products in a satisfactory condition a full refund will be issued.

You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are personalised or custom made to your requirements. Due to the nature of our products, they are immediately sent for production. Please check your order during the order process and the confirmation email carefully, as we cannot refund or cancel your order for personalised products that have been miss-spelled or you have changed your mind.

Cancellations are only accepted when a notice is given at least 7 working days after purchase.

If you decide to cancel your order you must email enquries@ummsimplicity.com in due time or we cannot fulfill an order,

a full refund will be issued to your card via a second Paypal transaction.

Due to the nature of personalised items, cancellations are not accepted.

DAMAGES

All Umm Simplicity gifts are securely packaged and delivered in an outer mailing box/mailing bag.

Umm Simplicity checks all mailing bags & boxes before they are dispatched and will not be liable for any damage caused to the item while unpackaging.

In the unlikely event of damaged goods during transit, the purchaser should contact Umm Simplicity within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Customers are required to email enquiries@ummsimplicity.com and provide a picture and details of what the damage is.

Umm Simplicity will aim to investigate and replace the items concerned if all is satisfactory within 7 working days.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only offered on non-personalised cancellation items when we are notified within 7 days of your purchase.

 If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us and we will aim to resolve your issue within 7 working days.
